Our dream takes place in Andros, the Northern and second in size island of the Cycladic complex. Known as Hydroussa (‘watery’) in ancient times, Andros is a historic heaven on Earth.
Traversed by four rivers, it’s a fertile island: waterfalls and springs are abundant, marble lions spout ice-cold mineral water, streams signposted by colorful oleanders run from the mountains and cross with ancient stone bridges and footpaths. If you seek serenity, you will find it through the peaceful rhythm of the surroundings while exhilarating outdoor activities are waiting for the most sportive souls.

On Special nights our chefs, through their creations and live grills, bring glimpses of the magnificent Greek cuisine to you. A myriad of delicious vegetables and fruits like tomatoes, artichokes, zucchini, eggplant, apricots, grapes, cherries, figs, yogurt, feta and goat cheese, a variety of herbs and seasonings as oregano and cilantro, fish, shellfish and chicken are some of our healthy and exquisite ingredients of our cuisine.
